You don't need to pre-wash wool. Wool is naturally self-cleaning, so it doesn't need to be washed often, even with regular use. Airing it out regularly is usually enough to refresh the garment.

Still want to wash it? Here's how to do it safely:

Washing machine: Use the wool wash program, cold or max. 30°C, with wool detergent and a low spin speed (± 400 rpm).

Hand wash: Wash briefly in lukewarm water without large temperature differences. Do not rub or soak.

Drying: Never wring; gently press out water in a towel and let dry flat.

Stains & care:
Small stains can be cleaned locally. Let mud dry first, then gently brush it out.
Pilling is normal for wool; carefully remove lint with a clothing brush or lint roller.

Important: Never use fabric softener – this damages the wool fiber.
