The Felix blanket from HVID is made from 100% extra fine Italian merino wool and beautifully finished in a traditional straight stitch. Thanks to the high quality merino wool, the blanket feels wonderfully soft on the skin and is perfectly suitable for babies with sensitive skin.

Due to the medium thickness and the thermoregulating properties of merino wool, the blanket is suitable for all seasons. Merino wool is non-itchy, antibacterial and hypoallergenic, making it ideal for children with eczema or sensitive skin. The material creates a natural microclimate, so your baby is never too hot or too cold and can sleep comfortably.

Why merino wool for a baby?

Wool is self-cleaning, so the blanket does not need to be washed often. If the blanket has a stain, the easiest and best way to clean it is to spot-clean it. Wool also enjoys being hung outside overnight or in a humid bathroom, as this will make it smell fresh again!

Still needs a wash? Then hand wash the blanket. Use a small amount of wool detergent and lukewarm (not cold!) water of a maximum of 30ºC. Avoid squeezing, wringing and rubbing and gently press the water out of the wool between your hands or a towel. Drying flat gives the best result, as wool shapes itself as it dries.
